Story 01
Romario Greaves
First-class cricketer, Barbados
Three years a professional - then the rhythm finally came.
The challenge
Three years into professional cricket, the feel he wanted at the crease still was not there. The problem was rhythm in his trigger movements - the setup everything else in an innings is built on.
The process
Sessions during a stint in the UK in April 2026, worked from how his body actually wanted to feel and flow at the crease rather than a technique imposed on top of it. In his words, it opened his eyes to solutions he had been seeking for a while.
The outcome
Back-to-back fifties a couple of weeks later, with intent and decision-making clear and decisive enough to adjust to the change in English conditions.
“It's definitely worth it if you want to take your game to the next level - not only your physical game but mindset and game awareness as well.”
