About the coach

Meet Jameel Stuart.

Why I started JSCA

Talent wasn't the problem.

I loved cricket. I loved coaching.

But I kept seeing talented players held back by coaching that treated everyone the same.

Modern cricket demands something different.

So I built an academy around developing players - not just techniques.

A culture, not a class
In the netsA culture, not a class

People buy people.

/ The mission

Develop players - not just techniques.

/ What we believe

Players don't all move the same.

They shouldn't.

Every player deserves solutions built around how they naturally function.

Our job isn't to create textbook cricketers.

It's to create effective ones.
