JSCA Player Development
You can close your login yourself inside the app, or ask us to delete it and the coaching record with it. Both routes are set out below. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
Open the last tab — it is called Help if you are a parent, or More if you are a player.
Tap Your account, then follow the prompt to close your login.
For a parent or a player this takes effect immediately: the login stops working and the account is removed. The coach's own login works differently — it records the request and we deal with it by hand, because his account is the academy's record of every player.
One thing worth knowing before a parent closes their own login: it also switches off their child's login and withdraws photo permission for that child, until a parent or guardian is linked again and gives it. If another parent or guardian is already linked to the child, none of that changes.
Email jameelstuartcricketacademy@gmail.com from the address the account uses, or call +44 7432 795503. Tell us the player's name and what you would like removed — the login, the coaching record, the photographs, or all of it.
A parent or guardian can make this request for their child. We will answer within one month, free of charge, and we will tell you what was deleted when it is done. If we need to check who you are before deleting a child's record, we will ask.

| Files in storage | Photographs and clips stop being reachable from the app at once. The files themselves are queued for erasure from storage, and that queue is emptied automatically every fifteen minutes — so ask us if you want confirmation that a particular file has actually gone, and we will check and tell you. |
| Clips held elsewhere | If a clip was added as a link to another site, such as Google Drive, deleting it here does not remove the file where it really lives. Tell us and we will remove it there too. |
| Kept | Only what we are required to keep, such as a record that a deletion request was made and answered. We do not keep a usable copy of a deleted coaching record. |
You do not have to delete everything to change something. A parent can withdraw photo permission on its own at any time — open the Help tab and tap Photos and video — and notifications can be switched off without closing anything. You can also ask us to correct something, or to give you a copy of what we hold.
